Kolar-Bangalore train will start soon

South Western Railway (SWR) has introduced an eight-coach diesel electrical multiple unit (DEMU) passenger train between Kolar-Bangarpet-Bangalore Cantonment. The train was inaugurated by minister of state for railways, K H Muniyappa, at Kolar station
on June 18.

As per the revized schedule, Kolar-Bangalore Cantonment DEMU passenger (No. 502) departs Kolar at 7.15 am and arrives at Bangalore Cantonment at 9.50 am.
In its return direction, Bangalore Cantonment-Kolar DEMU passenger (No. 505) departs Bangalore Cantonment at 5.55 pm and arrives at Kolar at 8.20 pm.

En route, the train will touch Tyakal, Malur, White Field, Krishnarajapuram, Baiyyappanahalli, and Bangalore East.
